What do they do?
I primarily use a gentle cranial touch technique that takes and releases all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs that are electrically stored in the brain. Kind of like clearing the clutter of unnecessary files that slow down a computer. Biofeedback studies show that energy medicine techniques change brain waves, from beta to much more relaxed theta waves, in the course of a session. Similar to when the lights go out and you flip a circuit breaker to turn them back on, having an energy session, if you will, allows your lights to come back on. There are a series of 32 points on the head, which when touched lightly with the hands, release old beliefs stuck in the brain and the body, easily allowing for tremendous change.
Can energy technologies affect physical ailments and pain?
In my repeated experience, yes, here are some examples: A client came to a session with a shingles outbreak that completely cleared after the session. Another client was debilitated by an undiagnosed chronic pain for three years and had been on many medications. Her pain disappeared after just several sessions, and with her doctors' supervision, she got off most of the medications. A third client suffered from insomnia for forty years; in just nine sessions, she was sleeping a solid seven hours a night; she eliminated one prescription medication and greatly reduced the dosage of another from her regimen.
